Eventually, Michelle’s career led her to Sacramento, California where she continued her career as an educator, teaching high school English Language Arts and coaching teachers in instruction and classroom management at Sacramento Charter High School before serving as the Assistant Principal for Christian Brothers High School.

As a lifelong learner, Michelle earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership in Urban Settings from the University of Southern California.
